England have taken out the 2013 Home Nations tournament, held in Dublin, Ireland, claiming 6 of the 8 titles on offer. Wales - who finished 2nd overall - took the spoils in the Womens; whilst Scotland claimed the MXO.

The Home Nations Tournament occurs biannually and currently is a tiered Federation of International Touch event. International teams in all grades and divisions from England, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Scotland, and Wales compete.

The tournament is based around the development of new international players, as well as new fashions of play and player coaching. The tournament also allows the referees to develop via technical coaching. The National Touch Associations as well as the European Panel utilise this event in preparation for the forthcoming European Touch Championships the following year.
