Introductory Coaching Course in Kuala Lumpur

The course was delivered by FIT Coaching Commission, Asia member, Anne Goh. The indoor theory session was intense with many questions pertaining to ways to manage players and clarification on Touch rules were among the queries.

The course was met with a lot of enthusiasm with participants ranging from players who have played in the recent World Cup to parents who want to learn more about the sport, and administrators who have just started a junior teams for six-year- olds.

The weather was very kind during the practical segment, despite the torrential rain of the past few days. The group had a lot of fun and laughter learning from various training ideas and role-playing the stereotype players that coaches typically experience in a team.

Overall, it was a great day of Touch learning. Many thanks to Samsul Norazim Bin Samudin for his smooth coordination of the course. One more step for these pioneer coaches, another giant leap for Touch in Malaysia.
