Touch may well be the new "world game" if it's recent growth continues at the current rate. The Federation of International Touch (FIT) is currently processing new membership applications, and have received a further 5 from Chile, Czech Republic, Kenya, Kiribati and United Arab Emirates. They will be ratified by the global membership at the upcoming SGM in August.Importantly however and in relation to the Pakistan event, FIT are also receiving membership documentation from Afghanistan and Nepal. FIT has received formal certification of acceptance of FIT as the global federation governing Touch, from the President of the Afghanistan Touch Federation, Mr. Sher Khan Kharoti.
