Notice of the 2025 AGM and nominations for Directors now open

The Federation of International Touch (FIT) invites nominations from candidates for the Board Directors in accordance with our Constitution and advises that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday 11 April 2026 at 17:00 hours Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

In accordance with the Constitution, Mr. Topy Xu and Mr. Aaron Jones are required to stand down at the AGM. Both are eligible for re-election as per the usual nomination process.

Nominations will be reviewed by the FIT Nominations and Appointments Committee and put forward to the Membership along with the meeting agenda and other papers ahead of the AGM scheduled for 11 April 2026 at 17:00 hours (AEST).

During the AGM, the Membership will vote the candidates they wish to elect to the Board.

For anyone wishing to apply, please complete the nomination form ahead of the closing date of 10 February 2026.
