England Touch to host 2026 European Junior Touch Championships at new location

The Federation of International Touch has confirmed that the 2026 European Junior Touch Championships will be hosted in England at a new location from Thursday 13th (registration and opening ceremony) to Sunday 16th August 2026. This follows an extensive search for suitable venues across mainland Europe and the United Kingdom.
Following successful youth events in Nottingham in 2023 and Limerick in 2025, it is FIT's desire to host youth events at venues that have the playing facilities and enough suitable accommodation in close proximity to one another. This leads itself to universities and other larger educational facilities.
FIT would like to thank those NTO's that helped with the search for suitable venues and would like to congratulate England Touch on being selected as hosts for the European Junior Touch Championships 2026.
England Touch and the Federation of International Touch have been meeting a number of potential venues in recent weeks and expect to be able to confirm our selected host location very shortly. Following this we will be able to provide further details with regards to the event.
